O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue appropriate orders to the second respondent to allot the Milk Parlour at Semmanchery, Sunamy Nagar, Chennai - 600 119 to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this regard the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 16.03.2016 to the respondents and the same has not been considered.

3. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2016, will be considered by the respondents and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2016, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
