ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the first respondent police, submitted that charges have been framed in the matter and trial has also commenced. He further submitted that P.W-1 has been examined in part. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the trial in the case has already been commenced, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.92 of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Sessions Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
