Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 5th respondents to implement the recommendation of the 3rd respondent Na.Ka.8462/2022/U2 dated 01.04.2022, and further direct to issue a Separate Patta in favour of the petitioner, and direct the 2nd respondent to consider her representation dated 02.12.2025 within a stipulated time frame by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the recommendation given by the 3rd respondent through his proceedings, dated 01.04.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents on 02.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. She claims that she is entitled for Page No.2 of 6
issuance of separate patta in her name. The petitioner had filed supporting documents along with her representation dated 02.12.2025 which is also filed along with this writ petition. Since the representation of the petitioner has not been considered till date by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner as well as the alleged recommendation given by the 3rd respondent through his proceedings, dated 01.04.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 4 and 5 to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the Page No.3 of 6
petitioner's representation, dated 02.12.2025 seeking for issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the alleged recommendation made by the 3rd respondent through his proceedings, dated 01.04.2022 as well as the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the respondents 4 and 5 deem it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
