This petition is filed to condone the delay of 233 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. After such hearing and upon perusal of the affidavit, this petition is ordered subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards "cost" to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Building, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.
