This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Despite the service of notice and printed the names of the respondents 1 to 3 in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. This Court finds that the petitioner has not given sufficient reason to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the second appeal. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 18 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.
