ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to hand over the custody of minor Muthulakshmi, D/o.Pitchaimuthu, aged about 17 years, before this Court, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue Muthulakshmi was secured on 18.07.2020 and was handed over to the petitioner and accordingly the petitioner withdrew the complaint in Bagayam P.S. Crime No.427 of 2019 and the case has been closed.

3.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
