R.Venkatraman And Another v. Mrs.Devika And 13 Others

A.No.984 of 2023 and A.No.4613 of 2022 in C.S.No.872 of 2016 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A.No.984 of 2023 has been filed to recognize the 3rd respondent as the legal heir of the deceased 4th and 5th respondents and bring on record the legal heirs of the 4th and 5th respondents namely respondents 8 to 14 as parties to application in A.No.4613 of 2022.

2.A.No.4613 of 2022 has been filed to reject the plaint with exemplary costs.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these applications stand allowed.

4.Since these parties have already been impleaded in the suit, necessary amendment needs to be carried out in the application.

5.Post the matter on 17.03.2023.
