ORDER
Heard Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.T.Ravikumar, learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the respondents 3 to 5 to furnish information to the second respondent expeditiously.
3. The case of the respondents 3 to 5 is that already information has been furnished. In fact to the said effect, a counter affidavit has been filed. Apart from that along with counter affidavit annexures have been filed furnishing the required information.
4. Therefore, respondents 1 and 2 should act on the said informations furnished by respondents 3 to 5.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some outer time limit may be fixed to complete the investigation.
6. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent, taking note of the information furnished in the annexures to the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 3 to 5, to commence and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
