This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint dated 16.2.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and file the final report within the time fixed by this Court. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent Police.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry, and during the course of the enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
