O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court dated 05.02.2015 in W.P.No.2793 of 2015 and the order dated 13.03.2015 made in Review Application No.30 of 2015 in W.P.No.2793 of 2015.
2.Initially the Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 05.02.2015, wherein following direction was issued:
"5.Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the second respondent, the merits of the allegation made by the petitioner in the writ petition as well as the first respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law."
In compliance of the said order, notice was issued to the petitioner by the Tahsildar, Shollinganallur, vide notice dated 13.2.2015. Thereafter, the second respondent in the Writ Petition filed a Review Petition before this Court in Review Application No.30 of 2015 and the said Review Application was disposed of by an order dated 13.03.2015. The operative portion of the order reads as follows:
"4.In the light of the above, it is clarified that the first respondent was directed to consider only the petitioner's representation after notice to the review applicant/second respondent. Accordingly, the Tahsildar shall comply with the direction strictly by only considering the representation of the writ petitioner Mr.Sanjay Tulsiyan, after issuing notice to the writ petitioner and review applicant/second respondent in the writ petition."
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that now the
respondent has not proceeded with the matter actively and there is a lethargy in the matter.
4.It is seen that while issuing direction in the Review Application, no time limit was fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed, by directing the respondent to comply with the order and direction issued by this Court dated 13.03.2015, in Review Application No.30 of 2015 in W.P.No.2793 of 2015, referred supra, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediments.
