Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reverse the wrong entry of commercial as residential with effect from 2013/01 for Bill No.09/119/03145/000 for the house at New No.2, Old No.13, Jagadambal Colony, 2nd Street, Chennai-600 014 in pursuance of the representations of the petitioner dated 07.06.2018, 20.06.2019, 27.09.2019 and 23.11.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Mr.P.K.Panneerselvam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board would submit that the respondent Board has revised the demand of water charges to the writ petitioner and as per the inspection and documents furnished, the category has been changed from Non Water Intensive (Commercial) to Domestic for the period 2013/1 to 2018/II and he has also produced the proceedings of the respondent in Lr.No.CMWSSB/Area IX/SPL/2021 dated 16.06.2021 to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also not disputed the said fact.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The proceedings of the respondent in Lr.No.CMWSSB/Area IX/SPL/2021 dated 16.06.2021 is taken on record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
