ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the filing of original return paper in EA SR No.623 of 2025 in EP No.53 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the revision petition has become infructuous, thereby, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.19850 of 2025 is also hereby rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
