The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2015 for police protection to the petitioner and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time.
2. The petitioner seeks police protection for constructing of residential terrace building in a peaceful and profitable manner. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
