1. The learned counsel on either side would submit that there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

2. By Consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, Madras High Court, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties.

3. Both the parties shall appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, Madras High Court, on 10.3.2020. The mediation shall be conducted on day today basis. If no settlement is arrived at between the parties, post the matter before this Court on 23.03.2020. The Respondent shall not precipitate the matter till then.
