This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the second respondent relating to the impugned order dated 06.08.2012, bearing ref:3-80/E2/Estt-I/MTPG & RIHS/2012/772, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Lecturer in Radiography with effect from 26.11.2006 with all monetary, service and other benefits.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
