This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue Patta considering the application dated 24.12.2021 in respect of the housing site measuring 1100 Sq.Ft comprised in Survey No.260/1B of Dharmapuri Handloom Weavers Co-Operataive Production and Sales Society Limited No.S473.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
