ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 07.10.2010, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has made a representation to the first respondent on 07.10.2010 for a direction to the second respondent to enroll the petitioner as a life member. After lapse of three months, the first respondent kept the application without consideration. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the representation was rejected by the first respondent. Hence, this Court may grant permission to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court for getting lifetime membership.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
