Respondents The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's monthly salary with effect from 28.10.2005 as per the pay commissions' recommendation and according to the regularization and to further direct the respondents to pay minimum monthly pension and arrears to the petitioner.

Heard.
This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's monthly salary, with effect from 28.10.2005, as per the pay commissions' recommendation and according to the regularization and to further direct the respondents to pay him minimum monthly pension and arrears.
At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent and on such submission of the representation, the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the said representation, in the manner known to law. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such a representation, the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
