COMMON ORDER This Court vide orders dated 19.09.2022 directed the Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode to file a status report with regard to pendency in O.S.No.1436 of 2002. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode, sent a communication in D.No.703 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 stating that the suit in O.S.No.322 of 2019 formerly O.S.No.1436 of 2002 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Namakkal was disposed of on 24.03.2020. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petitions for further adjudication. 2.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
