2. No representation for the petitioner. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case before this Court, this Court is inclined to dispose this Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after holding an enquiry and affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the persons who are interested, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
