ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1206 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1206 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
