2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.55 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 22.06.2015 and the same was submitted in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. She further submitted that R.C.S.Notice No.11 of 2016 was also served on the de facto complainant. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
