This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from laying the cart track in the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.204/7 situated at Sillakudi North Village, Aaalathur Taluk, Perambalur District under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

guise of Police protection at the instance of the fourth respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

3. This Court is of the opinion that the prayer made in this writ petition does not survive at this length of time. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned by making fresh representation, if the same cause of action still continues.
