1. Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel says that, the matter has been settled between the parties under the guidance of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (in short "the Centre").

2. The record shows that before the Centre, Mediation Agreement dated 01.07.2016 has been executed by the parties.
