ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29689 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 9(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29689 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
