3.The 1st petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, she has lost her son and due to financial constraints, a delay of 248 days occurred in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.19292 of 2024.
4.In light of the above, this condone delay petition is ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 248 days.
5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.19292 of 2024 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
