(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that the bunk shop was removed by the Corporation, but was brought back the same night.

2. The learned counsel for the first three respondents states that respondent No.4 was a Member of the Association of Bunk Shop Owners, which had filed W.P.No.4962 of 2013, in which certain protective orders have been passed while disposing of the same for examination of the eligibility of different persons.

3. In view of the aforesaid, no public interest litigation would be maintained on the issue filed by the petitioner and the first three respondents will take a decision in terms of the direction passed in W.P.No.4962 of 2013.
