This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petition is of the year 2014. That apart, in this case, the alleged complaint is said to have been given on 24.11.2011, which is four years before. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner is an Advocate and he has made sweeping allegations against Tahsildar, which does not inspire confidence of this Court warranting issuance of a direction to the respondent police to register a case.
