At request of learned counsel on either side, the matter shall stand referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court to look into the possibilities of arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 23.11.2016.

Registry is directed to send the entire records in this case to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. After conclusion of proceedings, the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre is directed to submit its report before this Court.
