KAMADEVAN Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1620 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.14894 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019 to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to pay the arrears of maintenance from October 2018 to January 2019, totaling a sum of Rs.16,000/- within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner shall continue to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.7,500/- starting from February 2019 before the 5th day of every English calender month".
2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1620 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.14894 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019, regularly, and therefore, he prays for modification of the said condition by reducing the maintenance amount from Rs.7,500/- to Rs.4,000/-., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1620 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.14894 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019 to the effect "that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,000/- from February 2019 before the 5th day of every English Calender month".
