Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.690 (Home) dated 02.08.2010, on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same as illegal,
incompetent and without jurisdiction and to direct the respondents to pay the pension to the petitioner at 50% of the rate of the minimum pay (Rs.22,850) of District Judges (Super Time Scale) with effect from 01.07.1996.
