O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent informed this Court that already an order was passed by this Court in W.P.No.22589 of 2010, dated 3.8.2011, has been complied with. In this regard, the Principal Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlements) Tamil Nadu, issued an order of authorisation to grant pension to the petitioner in proceedings dated 21.7.2015. 2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
