ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that (a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all working days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders; imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22048 of 2024 order dated 11.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22048 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
