..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider representation dated 17 Sep. 2019 in the light of GoI, DoPT, OM No.F-No.14014/02/2012Estt[D] dated 16.01.2013 on the subject of employment assistance on compassionate grounds to pass speaking order on merits and in accordance with law within the time schedule stipulated by this Court in the substantial interest of justice. It is seen from records that the 4th respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already rejected the claim made by the petitioner by his letter dated 25.07.2019 and 19.08.2019. The present writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily challenge the rejection letter of the 4th respondent.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed and liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection letter of the 4th respondent and work out his remedy, if so advised. No costs.
