C.M.P.Nos.4164, 4166, 4171, 4186 and 4407 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.Nos.105963, 105962, 105966, 105965 and 105967 of 2022 N.MALA, J.

These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Though notice was served on respondents in C.M.P.Nos.4164, 4166, 4186 and 4407 of 2023, none appears.

3. Mr.SP.Yuvaraj, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 in C.M.P.No.4171 of 2023. Though notice to the sixth respondent was served, none appears.

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 65 days is condoned and the petitions are ordered accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Accordingly, these CMP's are ordered.
