ORDER

Both the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent appeared through Video Conferencing.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioners herein that the tenants have handed over the possession to the respondent/landlord and hence nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
