ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26724 of 2023 dated 23.01.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police once in a month on any working days at 10.30 a.m, till filing of charge and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the trial court during the court hearing dates.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26724 of 2023 dated 23.01.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
