These petitions have been filed to implead the proposed respondent herein as respondents 2 and 3 in the concerned writ petitions.

2. Heard Mr.N.Muralikumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Sundareswaran, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Since the proposed parties are necessary parties for having a complete and effective adjudication of the issue raised in these writ petitions, this Court is inclined to accept the prayer sought for, accordingly, these petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment.
