ORDER

Heard both sides learned Counsel .

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent was granted anticipatory bail by this Court order dated 05.11.2025 in Crime No.86 of 2025 in Crl.OP.NO.32578 of 2025 and that, after being enlarged on bail, the respondent has been threatening the petitioner and issuing life threats.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the 2nd respondent strongly opposes the said contention.

4. Even on a perusal of the petition, there are no materials placed before this Court to substantiate such allegations. It is a well-settled principle of law that bail is the rule and jail is the exception. An order granting bail cannot ordinarily be interfered with unless compelling circumstances are made out. In the present case, the allegations are supported only by the averments contained in the affidavit filed by the petitioner, and no independent material has been produced to substantiate the same.

5. In such circumstances, this Court does not find any valid ground to cancel the bail already granted. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. 25.06.2026 jrs To 1.The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District.
