1. This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned notification dated 20.07.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed as infructuous. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
