This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in representing the above Criminal Appeal as against the order passed in S.C.No.52 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional District Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
