ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.4(b) imposed by this Court on 04.12.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.29833 of 2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29833 of 2024 on 04.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
