Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of suspension of the petitioner in Ref. NO. SU/ SSL/ 2015/01 dated 26.2.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent herein quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to give attendance benefits and permit the petitioner to continue his five year law course B.A.B.L. (Hons) at the 3rd respondent college.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent University circulated a letter dated 24.04.2015, wherein the petitioner is permitted to attend the classes from 24.04.2015, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him and also for enforcement of regulations of the University/Institute regarding attendance. 2. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication as on today. The issue regarding the attendance is left open.
