This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the respondent/tenant against the judgment in R.C.A.No.220 of 2014 dated 1/4

13.04.2015 reversing the order passed by the XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, in R.C.O.P.No.535 of 2011 dated 26.02.2014.

2. When this matter came up for hearing before this Court on 07.10.2020, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner/landlord has sold the property to the respondent/tenant and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. Since on that date, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not connect through Video Conferencing, the matter was adjourned to 15.10.2020. On that date also, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not connect through Video Conferencing. Hence, the matter has been posted under the caption "for orders" today. Today also, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that he will send an E-mail with regard to the fact that the petitioner/landlord has already sold the property to the respondent/tenant. 2/4
