1. Mr.S.Shiek Ismail, counsel for the applicant, says that he has instruction to withdraw the captioned application. 1.1. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the application.

2. At this stage, Mr.K.Sudhakar, who was appointed as Advocate Commissioner, admits that remuneration in the sum of Rs.10,000/- was paid and that the commission was executed within Tamil Nadu. 2.1. Furthermore, it is stated that he filed his report with the Registry on 23.09.2015.

3. As prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
