Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2015 and give police protection to the petitioner and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove Aqua Pure Mineral Water Sales Service Pandian Agencies, Amman Cool Drinks and Petty shop and a chips shop by Kalidasan as per the recommendations of the fourth respondent.
