ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners/appellants while granting bail in Crl.A.No.1552 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 directing the petitioners/appellants to stay at Kanchipuram and to report before the Inspector of Police, Kanchipuram Town Police Station, Kanchipuram at 10.30 am everyday, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition from 04.01.2025 and due to the said condition, the petitioners are unable to maintain their business.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed through e-filing on 25.01.2025. However, there is no material to show that the charge sheet has been filed. Further, though the Court below had dismissed the bail application of the petitioners, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, this Court by order dated 02.01.2025, granted bail to the petitioners by imposing certain conditions.

5. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 04-03-2025 ksa-2
