This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.07.2015 acknowledged by the first respondent vide C.No.2057/COP/VISITORS/ 2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.07.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.07.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
