O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 14.11.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.M.Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3.The petitioner is claiming her right and title over the subject property through a registered Sale Deed dated 16.04.2010. The petitioner sought for issuance of patta in her name and made representation. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 2/4

4.The petitioner has to necessarily make an on-line application to the 2nd respondent seeking for issuance of patta in her name. If any such on-line application is made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall deal with the same and take a decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner. If there are rival claimants, they shall also be put on notice before a final decision is taken.
