PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.83/C/2022 dated 31.01.2023 quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reconsider the petitioner's transfer representation dated 11.01.2023. ORDER

Though the petitioner had challenged his order of transfer dated 31.01.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if his representation dated 11.01.2023, seeking for re-transfer is considered.

2. In the light of the submissions made by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the grounds raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2023 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
